1 CERTIFICAT D'URBANISME

1 PLANNING CERTIFICATE

The very beginning of the project, the planning certificate  for prepare the land servicing
He is asked the mayor, you drop your file then you will have a notice of depot the week after filing
Then you wait up to 3 months.
The mayor has the power to refuse the planning certificat even if you have received a favorable opinion of the administration. So be fair play.

Le tout début du projet, le certificat d'urbanisme qui sert à viabiliser un terrain constructible.
Il se demande à la mairie, vous déposez votre dossier puis vous aurez un avis de dépôt une semaine après si la mairie est sérieuse. 
Ensuite il faut attendre jusqu'à 3 mois.
A savoir le maire a le pouvoir de refuser le certificat d'urbanisme même si vous avez reçu un avis favorable de l'administration. Alors soyez fair-play.
